Lisa’s real estate experience began when she bought a flower shop on Balboa Island in 1998. She was amazed to see how one simple real estate transaction can change your whole life. She built up the business and then sold it for a profit allowing her and her husband to buy their first home in the Lake Arrowhead area around 2001. This second real estate transaction changed the course of her life again and shortly after moving up the mountain she began buying, rehabbing, and selling properties from about 2001-2006. It was at this time that she asked her sister-in-law Patty to come on board to help her on the rehab side of her investment properties and where their true partnership began. During this period Lisa was able to foresee the real estate market downturn and decided in January of 2006 to step away from the real estate investment side, acquire her real estate license, and start a career as a Realtor. Lisa then spent the next 3 years up the mountain facing and conquering all the challenges that this current market has created such as short sales, bank owned properties, probate sales, new construction, and, of course, the traditional standard sale that is not so standard anymore. A job relocation for her husband in 2008 led Lisa down the mountain to the Inland Empire (the IE as we like to call it) and a new partnership opportunity for her and Patty.

At this point in the story Patty had lived and raised a family in the Inland Empire for over 27 years. She had currently been an assistant to two extremely successful REO agents, helped new home builders with the maintenance of their properties, and had been doing this for over a 10 year period. Patty had built up quite an extensive resume in the real estate world and had handled every aspect of a real estate transaction from start to finish. Patty’s true dream was to get her Real Estate license so she could start her own successful real estate career, and with Lisa moving so close, it was the perfect opportunity. Patty received her license in May of 2009 and just days later the "ieDreamTeam" was created. The combination of Lisa and Patty was nothing short of explosive and they have taken the Inland Empire by storm. They have a huge customer following because of their genuine concern and care.
